According DIICJUDGE, Aurelian Nicolae TomusOT , ten high school students and girls aged between 15 and 17 years,  were recruited and determined to prostitute . Their clients being found among judges, lawyers, doctors or policemen. The girls were blackmailed by the group members, they threatened to send their families compromising movies.

    As it regards the judge Aurelian Nicolae Tomus, it is accused of having threatened a girl that will reveal “compromising situations for her (erotic scenes filmed disclosure immorality victim) in order to induce continue the sexual relationship which the suspect maintains with it. “

    Clients of the group were identified from the judge Aurelian Nicolae Tomuş Court Timisoara, Arad Cosmin prosperous businessman and  lawyer Adrian Popescu.

Georgeta Barbălată is a controversial judge in Romania . A former judge of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) from 8 July 2004 – 31 August 2012 and spokesman of this institution. Barbălată was part of the four magistrates of the High Court of Cassation and Justice which could issue warrants for intercBARBALATA GEORGETAeption of communications on the basis of national security law  . He got media attention in 2011 when he appeared in photos with the family of a Vietnamese businessman (Le Duc Hoa), arrested for money laundering and establishing a criminal organization .

     The judge, Georgeta Barbălată the High Court of Cassation and Justice has been sentenced to 4 years imprisonment for favoring the criminal.  On July 21, 2014, the National Integrity Agency (ANI) found there was a difference undue 199,536 lei (over 60,400 euros) and revenues from acquired wealth with family by Georgeta Barbălată.

   In the same case, were sentenced a former Attorney General, Marcel Sâmpetru, 2 years probation, and former head of the Intelligence and Internal Protection, Mihai Vlad, all sentenced to 2 years probation for disclosure information that should not be made public. Georgeta Barbalata, once it has decided, as a judge at, at the request of SRI, three ruled on the basis of which they were issued arrest warrants for national security on the names of some persons, He disclosed that Mihai Vlad data from persons who were the subject of research of information structures, data which were known by virtue of their duties in service, its actions which are such as to endanger security of the state.

     “Specifically, on 16 March 2012, Sâmpetru asked Mihai Vlad to find out whether a telephone is intercepted, on 23 May 2012 and requested to provide data and information on the person who fulfilled the Minister of Transport and the the same date, received an envelope with Vlad Mihai information not intended for advertising, given that I had requested earlier, also in May-June 2012, asked the chief SIPI (Intelligence and Internal Protection) Ilfov to check if his name appears in the papers or requests interceptions of service. Following the investigations which it has conducted, Mihai Vlad had told Sâmpetru that latter name does not appear in the papers or requests for interception of service of which he “reads DNA.

The decision is final. The four were indicted by DNA prosecutors in April 2013.

Judge Eugenia Carmen Marinescu

Head of Olt Court, arrested for alleged bribe of  EUR 200,000

She received the money through a lawyer, and somebody turned informant, according to judicial  sources. Judge Marinescu is accused of bribery, influence peddling, money laundering and forgery.

The Head of the Olt Court, Judge Carmen Marinescu, was arrested for allegedly having received a bribe of EUR 200,000 from Sandu Anghel, (shady person) to help him a void a prison sentence. The prosecutors discovered that the bribe was used by Marinescu to buy a house and several lots.
Judge Marinescu Eugenia-Carmen has demanded and received, through defendant Cismaru Dumitru – a lawyer in the Olt County Bar, from Sandu Anghel, the sum of EUR  200,000, to order his release during investigation and to pronounce a favourable sentence, respectively acquittal or a conviction that did not include deprivation of freedom, as well as to intervene at the other judges assigned to the cause. Her decision was appealed by Olt County Court prosecutors and the offender was kept behind bars.
The denunciation against the defendants was made by one of Anghel’s family members and, on Saturday, the President of the Olt County Court was also interrogated at DNA Craiova for an alleged bribe of EUR 50,000.

This is just a pawn from corrupt justice of Romania. Real Octopus she knew, since 2005  that it is corrupt. In those circumstances  why  state institutions left him to pronounce in many causes ? Who could  blackmail this judge and why it took so long to come down? We believe that was the risk that through acts of corruption committed by it, to reach the CSM or other institutions.


Stan Mustata, former judge at the Court of Appeal, was sentenced Friday , april, 24, 2015 by Court of Appeal to 10 years and 8 months in prison for bribery and influence peddling. The former magistrate of the Court of Appeal Bucharest is accused, that through a network of was part of it and a clerk , recruiting customers from demanding bribes, to solve them favorable processes.

The dialogues held between members of the group from which was part judge Stan Mustata, look their interest to charge fees for favorable solutions in folders, according to DNA. The judge shall negotiate bribe in the toilet, and when he spoke he drew water.

Stan Mustata has been found guilty after it has received the bribe six times and was sentenced to 7 years in prison. Five because he joined an organized infractional group. His former colleagues gave the other four years for peddling influence plus 2 after she had used the illegal information in the Court of Appeal. After merging all penalties will serve the heaviest penalty plus an increase. So, 10 years and eight months in prison.

The High Court of Cassation and Justice from Romania, has condemned it on The judge Bolos Florita from the Court Ineu to 4 years in prison for bribery and misfeasance.

The Judge Bolos Florita was caught in red handed in the summer of 2013, in while receiving in a parking , 5500 euro from an undercover officer.

In exchange for this amount of money, Florita Bolos he promised that he will give a decision favourable to the person concerned in a case on which the judge was judge and which have as their object the ownership of some lands.
